2022月8月2日，宁波诺丁汉大学（以下简称宁诺）与隶属于中国中车股份有限公司的中车永济电机公司（以下简称中车永济）签署合作备忘录。

根据备忘录，双方将充分利用各自优势，依托宁诺优质的国际化教育资源、富有经验的教师团队，及中车永济在行业内的品牌实力，开展多层次、多领域、全方位的合作，开启联合培养国际化人才、校企交流合作的新模式。

一方面，中车永济将为宁诺学生提供优质的实习机会，以及就业相关的指导与支持，助力学生提升就业能力。对于表现优秀的实习生，中车永济将提供优先录用的机会。另一方面，中车永济将携手宁诺进行科研合作，发挥双方的专业学科与技术优势，推动科研成果转化与技术创新。

与此同时，宁诺将为中车永济定制全方位、多层次的国际化人才培养方案，提升学员的开拓创新能力和战略思维能力，助力中车永济的国际化发展，助其成为中国企业“走出去”的优秀典范。

校企国际化人才联合培养基地揭牌

值得一提的是，秉持着联合培养国际化人才目标，双方将在合作中开创校企合作的创新模式。宁诺商学院将中车永济的培训计划与学校的诺丁汉卓越奖项目相结合，设计了“国际化商务实践”项目。在该项目实践中，来自永济的学员将与宁诺学生、导师组成项目咨询小组，围绕着国际市场洞察、运营及供应链管理、数字化转型等五大商务主题，共同进行课题研究。在合作交流中，中车永济学员的实践经验与宁诺学生的创新理念将相互碰撞出思维的火花，这不仅能帮助学生深入理解企业实践、产生社会联结，也为中车永济的发展提供新的思考角度。

UNNC signs MoU with CRRC Yongji Electric

On 2 August 2022, the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with CRRC Yongji Electric Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CRRC Corporation (Yongji Electric). According to the memorandum, the two sides will make full use of their respective advantages by relying on UNNC’s high-quality education resources, international staff, as well as Yongji Electric’s brand strength. The two sides will endeavour to build a new model for university-enterprise exchange and all-round cooperation that focuses on the joint training of international talents.

Yongji Electric will provide UNNC students with high-quality internship opportunities, as well as employment-related guidance and support in order to help improve their employability. For interns with excellent performance, Yongji Electric will provide them with preferential employment opportunities. Yongji Electric and UNNC will also make full use of their disciplinary strengths and technical advantages in order to promote scientific research and technological innovation.

At the same time, UNNC will develop an all-round and multi-level international talent training programme for Yongji Electric to enhance participants’ innovative and strategic thinking abilities, and also to promote the international development of Yongji Electric so that it may become an outstanding model for Chinese enterprises that “go global”.

Nottingham University Business School China will combine the training plan of CRRC Yongji with the Nottingham Advantage Award Programme to design the "International Business Module" project. In this project, participants from Yongji will form several project consulting groups with UNNC students and tutors, focusing on business themes which include international market insight, operation and supply chain management, and digital transformation. During the exchange, the combination of talents from Yongji and UNNC will create a breeding ground for innovation. This will not only benefit UNNC students with an exposure to corporate practices and networking opportunities, but will also provide CRRC Yongji with new ideas for development.

As China's first Sino-foreign university and an innovative leader in international higher education, UNNC adheres to a “student-centred” teaching style, establishes exchanges and cooperative relations with world-class enterprises, and helps students to network and enhance their employability skills.
